Hello Cascade Crest Families, we hope you are all doing well. We look forward to working with your players again as soon as possible!
We wanted to give you an update on the refunds we will be issuing via check with in the next few weeks.

The staff was able to secure refunds on unused practice space, cancelled tournament fees, and travel hotel costs (including coach & chaperone costs). The per player amount of refund comes out to $325.00.
Unfortunately, the rest of dues cover fixed-cost expenses including uniforms, equipment, coaches, admin & staff, ref & coach training, tryouts, insurance, taxes, membership fees, and more.
This is an unprecedented time and the Board is taking steps to assure our non-profit club can survive. We rely on clinics and summer programs to contribute necessary operating expenses and it’s not clear yet when we’ll be able to resume these activities. Luckily, we've built up a reserve to sustain us in case of emergency, so we are confident we will be ready to resume normal operations once it is safe to do so.
We could have used our reserves to enable a larger refund, but given the uncertainty of the environment the Board felt it necessary to err on the safe side. That said, the Board voted to allow families access to that additional amount upon request -- just let us know if that is what you want and we will refund the additional amount.
