Youth Volleyball Camps (Grades 4-5) (Experienced 3rd Graders please email for permission)

Did you know more high school girls in Washington play volleyball than any other sport? Our youth camps are designed to give your daughter (or son) a head start by introducing them early to volleyball fundamentals. Players will learn a wide variety of skills (serving, passing, hitting, setting) through fun and fast-moving drills and games. We have specially-designed lighter and softer balls for those who need it, so smaller players can learn proper technique with confidence. With at least 1 coach per every 7 players, we'll work to make sure players are given individualized instruction and all players are challenged.

Advanced 5th graders may email us to request permission to attend a Middle School Camp.  Coaches will review and approve on a case by case basis.

Middle School Volleyball Camps (Grades 6-8)

We focus on providing players with great technical skills instruction and individualized feedback. Instructors use a variety of drills and games to build skills in a fun and positive environment. We cover all aspects of the game: serve, serve receive, hitting, blocking, setting and defense. Players will be sorted into groups based on skill and experience. At least 1 coach per every 8 players.

*For June 22 Camp - Incoming 6th graders that played club volleyball AND are expecting to tryout for U13 next season may email to ask for permission to participate in this camp. Contact us at  cascadevolleyball@gmail.com

High School Volleyball Camps

Our high school camps are designed to provide players with a maximum number of touches on the ball as they prepare for their high school tryouts. Players practice all aspects of the game: serving, serve receive, hitting, blocking, setting and defense, with lots of individualized feedback. At least 1 coach per every 8 players.

All participants must have a current USA Volleyball membership - Please follow this link for instructions and a list of required forms.

Lunch is not provided at camps. Players will have breaks for water, snacks and lunch during the day.
